I had a problem with mice. I signed up for the annual service contract of 144.00 which included quarterly visits and unlimited call backs if the problem persisted. The contract automatically would renew if you didn't opt out. I made them add "Do not renew" to the contract so that I wouldn't have to have that auto renewal. But what they never mentioned, and I failed to see in the contract was that in addition to the 144.00, there is a 37.00 PER MONTH charge. SO it is 444.00 annually PLUS the $144 "annual fee". I canceled today and they told me there is an early cancelation fee. Good luck collecting that from VISA. I put stop payment on it immediately. Oh and about the mice - yep, still have them. A really shameful company all around

For approximately two years I have had a contract and have been paying $60.00 a month for their services. Every time I call for a service I am informed that whatever insect I call about is not covered and it is an additional service charge. Apparently Ladybugs are a not covered. Ridiculous! Don't waste your money with a monthly service. Just a rip off. Beyond mad at this point!!!! The representative, could not tell me the additional cost of the service, nor did she know who owned the franchise. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

They should be called a laundry service instead since this is just a cover to clean money. Their staff is unprofessional, untrustworthy and are into all kinds of things.(Boombastic side eye).

Cooper handled a real bee problem I had. He was quick and efficient. I would recommend them highly.

I entirely agree with the other bad reviews. I just cancelled my contract with Cooper because of very poor service and no follow up despite my repeated calls. Two service appointments were missed and no one called to say that they would not be kept nor to reschedule. I was cut off from customer service twice when I called to find out what was happening.Appalling treatment of a paying customer.

Ripped off my 92 year old mother for 5 minutes of spraying one wasp nest. Quoted one price and charged 20% more.

This is the second time I am leaving a poor review for this company. Last week, the exterminator came and seemed surprised that he needed to go to all the apartments. I watched him leave after 10 minutes and my neighbors said he didn't even come. He didn't come to my apt. Called and the customer service agent said they would arrange for an exterminator to come out this week. Everyone adjusted their schedule.

Called this morning and they had no record of it. Rescheduled again for Monday morning when everyone is at work.

When they send quality techs, they are the best, but good quality service is never consistent and you need that to eliminate cockroaches and mice. Highly no recommend.

I have used Cooper Pest service for the last 3 years and finally cancelled my service with them. They have unfairly over charged me for services that were not provided so be sure to read through your bill or monthly statement as they frequently over charge. I have not seen a single service at my house since November '21 however they continue billing me.
When I called their customer service staff, I got a vague "this is company policy" response.

Also they advertise to be a "green" company which they are not - the solutions/ stations/ sprays that are installed are toxic and often dangerous to pets and small children. Beware before you sign up with Cooper.

I have a service contract with them and realized that I have not received service for last few months. When i contracted them they informed me that due to shortage of staff they have not serviced sine April ( for last 7 months. But no one bothered to tell me and they kept charging me the monthly fee.

Avoid them at any cost

Fantastic! Our sellers left us a pretty nasty carpenter bee problem that had to be taken care of ASAP. Cooper contacted me back within an hour of me leaving a message and gave me a great price. Came out the next day, sprayed not only the area with the carpenter bees but any spot on the house that looked concerning. Haven't seen the bees back and we have less wasps too.

They also said they will come back out if the problem continues (but it sure looks like it's been dealt with!)
